That sounds very tastey. I will have to try that one too. Especially now that we are headed into summer and all those yummy fruits. What are the great summer fruits in Utah. Washington is strawberries in June, peaches and pears late July/early August, apples in September. Of course we get imported watermelon which you guys grow yourselves. I love summer. I just wish I could actually grow a garden.Tfamilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02870980719486375593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652152231836916580.post-62698479914517022032008-05-25T20:12:00.000-07:002008-05-25T20:12:00.000-07:00Maybe I'll bring this to our Memorial Day block pa...Maybe I'll bring this to our Memorial Day block party tomorrow. I love easy recipes!

This sort of reminds me of something one of my neighbors made for a party once. She just grated lime zest into cool whip and served it with fresh fruit. I think there was strawberries, honeydew, cantelope and some other things. It was so good! The lime gave just the right amount of zip to the cool whip and fruit.

Thanks for sharing this!Steffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02541800046070764157noreply@blogger.com
